How do I get started with Tender365? +
Getting started is easy! Simply sign up with your phone number, verify with OTP, add your business details, and your account is ready. You can then add products, set up your shop, and start selling within minutes.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes! All new accounts come with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you can choose a plan that fits your needs.
Can I use Tender365 offline? +
Absolutely! Our mobile app works 100% offline. You can process sales, manage inventory, and track customers without internet. Data syncs automatically when you're back online.
How do I add my products? +
From your dashboard, go to Products → Add Product. You can add product name, SKU, barcode, price, quantity, category, and variants (size, color, etc.). You can also import products in bulk using Excel.
Can I have multiple shops? +
Yes! Depending on your plan, you can manage multiple locations from a single account. Switch between shops instantly and view combined or individual reports for each location.
How do I create an invoice? +
Go to Invoices → Create Invoice. Add customer details, products, and pricing. You can then share the invoice via WhatsApp or email. Customers can even pay online!
Can I sell online with Tender365? +
Yes! Every account gets a free online store (yourname.tender365.com). Share it on WhatsApp or Instagram. Customers can browse, cart, and pay directly. Orders hit your dashboard instantly.
